@Skates2much Absolutely. Too much self-promotion is a bad thing. It makes it hard to deal with failure. You can't set a personal best every time you step onto the track. He should stay out of the public eye and develop at his own pace.
@Evanschamp Yeah, I definitely feel you on that. He used to spam EVERY long jump video talking about his age and PB. Good thing he's at least calmed down with that.

I don't do squats or lift weights much. Instead I do gymnastics. And did I tell you that I will do gymnastics along with track? I'm very good in gymnastcis however I'm still beginnerish, cause I've been doing it for about 6 months. :)
Awesome! I did a 405 when I was 17, but I know my form was bad on it and I didn't have that great hip thrust you have at the top. And I was jumping 6.7, not 7.6 :P
