There doesn't appear to be any "struggle" at all. Just some bald Cop punching the crap out of someone who is lying on the ground and whole lotta other Cops rushing to the scene to watch the fun. As for all the MANY cops showing up: it's in theses wealthier parts of the city cops will be at (my bro lives right across the street there). There's no way the same amount is in the poorer areas.....the population has less political say/voice/power.
