  • the sound made me jump lol i love black panthers

  • fuck you.

  • 0:18 for the roar.

  • HA!

  • italian spiderman!!

  • mountain lion=cougar=puma

panther is not either of them

  • @colbybartlett technically, a panther isnt a real animal, its just a name that can be used for animals like leopards, jaguars, and cougars/mountain lions/pumas. so, technically, a panther DOES exist, and it DOESNT exist

  • @colbybartlett

Panthera is the Genus that includes lions, leopards, tigers and jaguars. In South America panther is used to describe the Jaguar, as seen here, while in North America panther has been erroneously used to describe the mountain lion or cougar. Black panther is used to describe the rare melanism of the skin, the opposite of albino, which is possible in any of the above species and even humans where it is known as Black Jaundice.

  • no a panther is also considered a mountain lion and puma

  • Sounds more like a cougar.

  • its the detroit tigers sound effect! why is it a panther lol

  • this is a panther, panther is a black puma, white puma is a mountain lion, similar to lion.

  • but the pitch is a little higher

  • That sounded suspiciously like a cougar.

  • I love it !!!

  • That noise = DEATH

  • The wild part of me now wants to hunt something with my teeth and claws!

  • Panther, jaguar, mountain lion, puma, cougar.... they're all the same damn thing.

  • @29Texan not u can exclude the jag buddy and panther is used more than often to describe a black leopard or black jag and the cougar is only called panther in florida i dont know why cause they are not big cats they arent in the panthera genus

  • @hititdj

So Jaguars are NOT in the same genus?

    huh...

  • @29Texan u said Panther, jaguar, mountain lion, puma, cougar.... they're all the same damn thing. the only thing wrong with what u said is jaguar, cause jaguar is not the same as the cougar, the jag is a big cat like the tiger, lion & the leopard while the cougar(m.lion, catamount, puma etc.) is a member of the small cat family, & the term 'panther' also refers to the cougar but when u say 'black panther' it describes a black leopard or black jaguar

  • @29Texan

a panther, cougar or leopard may be the same thing just different colors but a jaguar is not, they are a lot bigger & a different species

  • That's a puma's scream.

  • cool ^.=.^

    thumbs up

  • That panther sound effects reminds me of my man, "El Tigre" Manny Rivera.

  • i cant read it

  • tha wasnt a panther it was a mountain lion

  • Panthers have such pussy roars.

  • @ian19975 bet u wont b thinkin that when a panther is roarin in ur face lol

  • This is a perfect sound effect when some hot chick get's here clothes off and you look at her ;)

  • @Ifakati lol

  • IVE HEARD THIS IN TARZAN!

  • thats not a roar, there is a difference, sounded like a cougar

  • Look at those teeth!!! Scared!!

  • imagine that sound if you were all alone in the jungle at night......

  • @cheesegrater1330 it would be the scariest thing ever

  • @cheesegrater1330 And imagine that teeth is in your flesh reaching your bone......

  • @cheesegrater1330

Jungle? At night? Here in my home, my heart jumped in same second I hear the hoar. Even thus, Black Panther is my 2nd favourite animal. Lions rules during the day, but... black panthers are the queens of night, the shadows hunters, the silent death.

  • @cheesegrater1330 loz, ya. I'd probably pee mai pants and try to do my best lion roar or scream for my lion. After all, my name is Lion (lolz seriously :|)

  • @cheesegrater1330 It will be so fast you wont remember it .

  • dude i rock at animal sounds and this roar is one of my best!

  • Holy shit thank you, I've been trying to find this sound for so long. I wish I could learn how to imitate it, that would make my life complete.

  • @GShepardP i can do it:D you have to inhale air with your throat and do the sound at the same time

  • @angel24ever Serious? Can you please upload a video, that would be awesome. I've never heard anyone do this before.

  • KE FICATAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!

  • cool mah skool mascot the panther

  • couger...? not lepoard

  • So are you saying that the cougar can have darker pigmentation? There is no documented case of a melanistic cougar.

  • Comment removed

  • El stupido

  • yeah thats a mountain lion

  • its a melanistic leopard or jaguar

  • u shoudl see the slate coloered tiger

  • I heard the melanistic tiger was just mistaken for a melanistic leopard and there is no physical evidence of a dark colored tiger

  • a panther and a cougar are the same thing wise as.s! and this was a real roar

  • Uh, actually puma, mountain lion, and cougar are all the same animal. A panther is really a rare jaguar with a black coat.

  • No.

Cougar="Puma concolor", a felidae from the Americas. aka panther, but only in the Americas

Leopard="Panthera pardus", a felidae from Africa and Asia. (there are no felidae of the genus "Panthera" native of the Americas, except for the Jaguar="Panthera onca")

"Black panther" refers properly to melanistic variants of individuals of the "Panthera" genus.

  • @Coopenator

    or leopard

  • @Coopenator ... truly, The black one called Black Panther... Panther is all kind of species in Panthera genera... including Lion, Tiger, Leopard, and Jaguar... Both Leopard and Jaguar had mostly rare black variant... All of them are able to roar...

  • @Coopenator well if people can look at it that way then isn't a rare Jaguar with a black coat a Panther?

  • @Coopenator I do know that people out here call pumas 'panthers' as well, at least half of the ones I talk to. But that's probably like how we call bison 'buffalo.'

  • @Coopenator a panther is used to describe either a black jag like u said but also a black leopard

  • @Coopenator not even true all obviously related but jaguars and mountain lions are different species

  • @TheWorldStudent

I didn't say that jaguars and mountain lions are the same animal. I said puma, cougar, and mountain lion are all different names for the same animal.

  • LOL funny. . . your a dumb ass =D

  • There is no actual species as a Black Panther, a so called Black panther is a black variant of leopard, cougar or jaguar. If in Africa and Asia it will be a black leopard (Panthera pardus) If in North America a black cougar or mountain lion (Puma concolor) & If in South and Central America a black jaguar (Panthera onca). In good light you will still see the spots & rossetes in the coat of a black leopard / jaguar.

  • you are right about the melanistic leopard and jaguar but, a melanistic cougar does not happen if you think other wise research it

  • There are no black cougars, only black leopards and black jaguars.

Cougars, pumas, mountain lions, and panthers are the same thing.

  • Cougar roar, not black panther.

  • SCAWWY :O LOL JK!!!

  • I believe that is the actual sound of a North American Cougar or Puma, also called a panther. A cougar can take down prey weighing up to 5 times his size by leaping and snapping the neck instantly. He is very powerful, fast, with great night vision 10x ours and usually very quiet - unless he's MAD!

    Thanks for the video twi1983.

  • el tigre lol

  • Those TEETH !!!

  • VERY FAKE LMAO

  • how is it fake? just asking first time i saw this video

  • it isnt a fake noise, it just isnt a panther it is a cougar. like lots of others said

  • fake

  • itsnot fake

  • that was fake

  • it was puma's scream! lol!

  • did that scare anybody ahhha

    it did to me

  • nice cougar roar and photo shop of elongated saber teeth....... lol.

  • The scream is a cougar/puma. The pic is a black leopard. BUT BOTH ARE KNOWN A PANTHERS.

  • sounds like my mother when i dont clean the diches

  • Wow that gives me chills.

  • LOL A Sabertooth panther? Nice photoshop and puma screams.

  • All that bullshit just for a couple of seconds for a roar?? Jack ass :/

  • Even the K9's are out of proportion !!

  • lol that was a puma scream.

  • This sound is from a puma !!

  • Panthers have such beautiful green eyes. Its our High School Mascot, goo panthers goo!!

  • Tigers .. the best always .. best character best style best size best roar , Tigers r the king of the jungle .

    hai cannato tutto

  • Beautiful eyes!

  • that noise is so cool

  • Sounds like the Carolina Panthers roar.

  • yes
