I should not have posted my post comment until the end of your video. I can 100% tell you that I did the eat whatever I wanted diet for the first 35 years of my life and it 100% did not work you are right though that eventually you just say ENOUGH I don't want to be this weight amy more.
WHAT! I saw your intro video. Stick with it anyway. I know you will and of course I will support you. We are both not in H4H but it does not mean that we can not kick the fat's butt coming into Xmas.

I could not add too much by the YouTube. I wanted to say that my children went to Montessori Schools. One went all the way through junior high.
