@StuffedAnimalPlanet Yes they can. But there are many differences between carnivorous and herbivirous turtles. Carnivorous turtles(well mostly tortoises) can track their prey and attack very quickly. You can't see attack move how fast they can be (see snaping turtle). Herbivorouus cant track prey but from my personal experience males are very good in tracking females. They follow and you can stop them;) Males fights are also fast.
