  • You've gotta love Uncle Leo!!!

  • LMAO 9:05 "What have we here, a avocado salad pear!!"

  • Two of the things we always waited for was Alice's dead pan expression as she delivered a classic line to Ralph's BIG MOUTH and Ralph throwing Norton out of the apartment. Familiarity sometimes breeds laffs and big ones too!

  • I love classic comedy like The Honeymooners, The Three Stooges, Abbott and Costello and Laurel and Hardy. The slapstick and flat out comdey routines were very funny without all the bad language and same ole same ole shows like today. Thanks for the upload!

  • I grew up in NYC watching WPIX - Ch 11 every week night from 11pm to midnight. First it was The Odd Couple then the Honeymooners. I, to this day, believe it contributed to my way of being. This is awesome footage of programming long gone. How weak we are without substance. I'm sorry. Seinfeld is not even in the same ball park with shows like the Honeymooners amongst others. Just my opinion. I do like Jerry Seinfeld however.

  • It must have been hard to keep a straight face work with The great Jackie Gleson.I so love Ralph and I love how Alice never took any of his crap, they were perfect together. thanks for posting.

  • THE ODD COUPLE THE THE HONEYMOONERS..GOOD OLE DAYS.NICE AND CLEAR

  • Nat Birnbaum doesn't spell it with a "g".

  • How refreshing-- comedy without profanity (OMG!) nasty four letter words, without cheap references to sex every other minute or where a person sits on and it's really FUNNY. The Honeymooners just prove how abysmal the imagination of scriptwriters is today. and how coarsened the public has become.

The Beverly Hillbillies wouldn't even be considered these days as it may offend political correctness. Characters in TV's past may have been stereotypical but they weren't shallow as they are today.

  • i love the honeymooners!!!

  • "pay no attention to him....he's a nut"..lol

  • Ralf, it GOOD to see ya! Come on up to U-ti-ca...awesome.

  • Oh my God! This is sooooo funny. I still laugh at these episodes.

  • Wonderful! Thanks for the post!

  • IT SOUNDS LIKE FEEDING TIME AT THE ZOO

  • mjviegas3573 The You don't love me is in the episode "Better living through TV" And The Second is from a lost Episode NOT part of the 39.

  • HELP! I have the The Honeymooners DVD of the original 39 episodes, but there are two episodes that are not on my DVDs. My mom seems to believe they are part of the original 39. So, does anyone know which epidsode this quote is from: "You don't love me. You never loved me. I know why you married me Alice. I know why you married me. Because you were in love with my uniform." The second episode is when the boys take the girls out and keep asking, "You tired girls. You wanna go home?"

  • Doing the MAMBO all morning? Hmmm.

  • WPIX Channel 11 New York Thans for the memories

  • Yep, that's where I started watching them too. Down Long Beach Island, NJ in the summers. FUNNY!!!!

  • Grew up with that channel! Even as a little kid I knew good comedy when I saw it =)

  • @tanquantwal I second that, even though I have the DVD set.

  • @tanquantwal With all due respect:

    1. Honeymooners

    2. All in the Family

    3. Everything else except

    47. Seinfeld

  • @beautifulsarah100 Oh No!! Say it ain't so! Seinfeld at # 47? It was a great show in my opinion.

  • @tanquantwal I'm sorry - I see now that I replied to the wrong person because youtube's last upgrade (downgrade) change sometimes makes it hard to know who said what here. I was replying to the person below you in the high-rated comments sections. BUT: I just never liked Seinfeld. I know that many people do, but I would certainly NEVER rank him or anything he's ever done in the same universe as The Honeymooners.

  • @beautifulsarah100 I CAN SEE THAT...BUT i WOULD PUT m*a*s*h #2 AND ALL IN THE FAMILY 3RD.

  • it's gentlemanly like to wait..i may wait till tomorrow..

  • I just checked it out in wikipedia - Fred Flinstone - Jackie Gleeson same thing .... also seems to have inspired Archie Bunker and Family Guy.

  • @MrDoublehappy archie bunker was in fact based on alf garnett, from a UK tv show called "till death us do part"

  • @tmofee Yeah i remember that one hahahahaha he was fuckin funny .... well i thought i knew box trivia ..... hehehehe ... thanks for sharing that ....

  • im sure he inspired fred flinstone ....

  • @jpc1971

    1. Honeymooners

    2. Anything Else

    3. Seinfeld

  • All the comedy performed in one room! Imagine the talent, the expressions alone were worth a million dollars! I don't see this type of talent in today's so-called stars.

  • watch who's afraid of virginia woolf a brilliant movie with richard burton and elizabeth taylor

  • LOL@3:58

    The Mousetrap LMAO!

    LOL@7:27

Ralph: Let me tell you something I had some chances too before I married you too you know

    Alice: HAHA

Ralph: Don't laugh Alice there were plenty of girls crazy about me and you know it. Everytime I used to go the beach they would to crowd around me.

Alice: Sure that dosen't mean they were crazy about you, they just wanted to sit in the shade.

    (Norton laughs)

    Ralph: SHUT UP!

  • The Honeymooners, program that gave me wonderful company in my stay in the 80's in USA :-) 7 Stars.*******

  • "I'm not losing a daughter, I'm gaining a ton." "Sure they were crowded around you; doesn't mean you were popular. They just wanted to sit in the shade." Still funny.

  • 5:23

    GIN!

    LOL

  • Ralph Kramen is a lot like Fred Flintstone

  • What do you think the Flintstones were based off of?

  • Duh!!!, I know, The Honeymooners, it's just funny how they are so alike.

  • great tv!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • "yawning it sounded like feeding time at the zoo" LOL

  • wole miodowe lata

  • racja!! są 100000 razy lepsze!

  • One of my all time favorite shows. I remember growing up in New York, watching this everynight at 11:30 on channel 11 (WPIX), right after The Odd Couple - when the late-night ballgame didn't cut into it, that is.

  • yeah....then they used to show Star Trek after that. That was the best lineup....

  • the great one!!!

  • I could watch the SAME episode for 24 hours straight, and laugh harder each minute !!!!! I've actually had sore stomach muscles from laughing at these guys...There will never be another Jackie Gleason or Honeymooners...not in my time.....Thanks....and "so long pal"

  • No matter how many times I watch them I always laugh and have to say this is the best show ever made! Classic!

  • There has never been anyone funnier than Ralph and Ed not the Stooges not Abbott and Costello not Rodney Dangerfield not Eddie Murphy, no damn body ,those guys made me laugh, Ralph and Ed made me hysrerical !!!!! "Put down Nat "

  • "GGGGEEEENNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" lol @ 5:24
