it wont let me edit my document in any way. whatever tab i click including pencil i get the annoying white hand so i cant edit my image. help please

idk there could be alot of things doing this, try re opening photoshop or try a different picture

um try to right click on the square where the pencil should be and a sub-menu will pop up with it. Like how the gradient tool changes to the paint bucket aka fill tool

Thanks for the tut, I made my patterns but the background was stil white so I had to look at the Navigator cuase it was transparent there, wierd. Lol, didn't realise you had to use a pen tool but anyway, great tut, should come in handy when I make sigs or userbar.

When i first pen the new file, for some reason my background isn't transparent it's white and I set it on transparent mode. Also where do you get the square bush as I only have circles?

HD isn't working, yesterday it was working as I watched ur other vids but 2day it isn't. I checked another HD vid out, terminator 4 it worked fine. The HD icn thing isn't showing up???
