Yes, it is giant panda cub Fu Long's birthday cake, he turned 1 on Aug 23, 2008. But Fu Long slept through his birthday party, so mommy Yang Yang was still munching the icy cake when he woke up in the late afternoon and spottet that strange thing in his habitat. ;-)
