Unlike my BMW E60, this gets a temp. & oil gauge and an analogue clock too. The digi. clock on the BM is crap because as soon as some warning message comes on (e.g. low fuel), you can't see the clock. How crap is that?

Ahh brings back memories of when my Uncle had the 1998 Jaguar XK8 coupe. He got the car new back in 1998, and it was actually the first of his cars that was an automatic and that I was able to drive because I was old enough to. Any Kyle your right, the car is quick! And had such a long front end, that when I went to park it back in it's parking spot in the driveway I bumped into my own car parked in front of it, lol. Luckily no damage done to the Jag.

And the price is verry simillar, In Europe we have to pay for 2005 jag xk 45.619 $ and for bmw 6 40.300 $. If i wawnt to bring a car form US, germany or italy I still will pay +2000~+5000 $ more then my country prices because of taxes

Dang that Is a pretty tough decision, actually sounds to me like the jag would be better then and would stand out more, the u can upgrade the performance to what you want it to be!

In fact of performance I think bmw is better. But when I copmare bmw looks to jaguar, jag is better looking... Additionaly I had a proven tunner for jaguar who can upgrade car and give him 350 hp and 500+ Nm for very small cash. I don't know how many people have xk in yours state but in my city there are 9 bmw and any jaguar xk, this car is very rare in my city/state/ and country. So I have to chose very rare car with better looks or better performance machine. Hard to decide for me...

i heard that this jaguare fall apart and not reliable, is that tre, becuase im 17 and i thinking of saving to get this, because around where i live i saw a used one for 11.5k with 70k miles

Not necessarily, you have to find one that is maintained properly. Like all European cars, they are not very forgiving when you don't take care of them. They are not poorly made, though. The XK's and XJ's can be reliable if you take care of them right, but maintenance and care are the most important things. Just remember that they are not Lexuses. They don't cost as much for parts as Lexus or Mercedes.

You could do that, and if a cop caught you, big citation, and mandatory court appearance. It would probably scare the kiddies, though. It's a big cat, so it would be appropriate to run in terror and climb a tree or jump in the water if you saw it coming.
