al 3 of there goalies got injured during the season, Carter, one of there best goal scorers was injured, gagne was injured, heartnell a huge defensive key to the flyers was injured....if they were healthy the hole season the flyers would have made it in easily and woulda been either a 3 or 4 seed so dont try and say there bad,,they were just injured

Awesome awesome video!!! I am sad that the Flyers didn't win, but they put up one helluva fight. I have never been more proud of a Philadelphia sports team. They represented our city perfectly, they won because the earned it, every step of the way.

@UltimateRushFan Yes, pathetic. Brodeur's been in the league and on that team for roughly 15 seasons. And his team has 2 Cup wins and 2 missed playoff appearances. Beating the Devils in the playoffs with him at goalie. That's only like the 11th time that it's happened. And the Flyers were down 0-3 to the team that scored the fewest goals in the entire league, and came 1 OT goal from getting swept by them. 8th seeded Montreal did Philly a favor. I'm not impressed with the Flyers.

Perhaps it's because you are from Chicago? I like the Hawks too, but I see things as they are: the Flyers had a damn impressive play-off run. My simple point being, to call a team "pathetic" that got to the finals to win the toughest trophy in sports means you either 1) don't know hockey or 2) you have some other reason to be a "hater" of the team we were talking about (e.g. the Flyers) and this may be because you are from Chicago, who knows. You're whole point is baffling. You may not like a team in the finals but "pathetic" doesn't describe any team making it that far.

@soccerman2297 It sounds like what you're saying is that because their opponents beat a 1 or 2 quality teams, that it makes them quality opponents. I disagree. Montreal did the Flyers a huge favor, especially by beating Pittsburgh. Remember, it was Pittsburgh who took Philly out in the 1st round, last season. And Kane was only charged with misdeameanor assault, theft, and harassment. That's not really worthy of jail time, and if it was, we might be talking a month or 2.
