No, there isn't. That one that's close by is on top of a different building. BellyJae has a few different videos of that siren going off during the monthly test.

The Cincinnati area gets a lot of tornadoes, and powerful ones. If I was there and i heard that siren i would have tried to look for some shelter.

its not a 2001, its actually a thunderbolt. its a really high pitched one set on 8RPM. If you go to my video clips, click on the clip titled Tornado Sirens Testing Downtown Cincinnati and you can see this siren in action. Its only 3 blocks away from the arena.
