The man was cut off before he mentioned tomatoes which are very heavily sprayed with seriously toxic pesticides, fungicides and herbicides that do not and can not be washed off and are GMO. This obviously includes tomato juice, sauce, ketchup, etc. Organic tomatoes taste better anyway, all organic foods have a much better taste.

yeah really. have you found anything yet? i guess the first step is to buy fruits and vegetables from the local farmers market.

Most cities now a days have a large health food stores or Whole Foods Market in them where you can easily find organic and non-GMO foods. Also Trader Joe's is one of the best sources in the world for cheap non-GMO and organic foods. They also carry just as much commercial foods so read da label... And like you say Farmers Markets are amazing. You can support local farmers from buying from them direct. Be careful though, many "local farmers" are not organic. Organic farmers usually have a sign.
