I was forever amazed at EWF. My dad showed me the pic in his albums, and there was one where my adored Verdine was practically LEVITATING!. I have always been mesmerized by him. Maurice and Verdine have always been gods to me, gods for whiom I have built a shrine where I worship (to this day) but Verdine is someone I always have wanted to be next to and feed off his light, and good vibe. At the start of this video is THINKING OF YOU, I love this song.

i luv this, i luv u Maurice. U and EWF are the greatest thank you so much for what you all give to the world. Wonderful. But nobody can sing the songs like Maurice the ones which he leads on you put your everything in those songs when you sang them and we felt them.

Love all the old jams, but my personnel favorite was loves holiday, cause back then, I had enough hair still to get a Jerri curl, and still had some cool poly shirts, still kinda fly lol did'nt quite get the fact that I was kinda playin out-so later joined the Army got married, and yeah tossed the curls n poly! but still I have a special place in my mind n heart for this band, just do what you do best!
