I don't know anything about bikes with that much HP but I know a regular chain will not take that HP... I've read that the 24hour race chains are the strongest and cost 2 grand back in 1996.

Yes i totally agree with you. It probably woulnd NOT be street legal in germany. And the requirements concerning riding skill would be that high i also agree. Put a comparable car would be a zonda, and you are just as likely to crash that thing without the apropriate amount of skill, but then you didnt crash 650 hp that cost like 50 grand, then we are talking 1 million. you all have big mouth, but never had 650hp on bike yet,

so just think before you speak.

the chain swings a bit heavy when turbo kicks, gives 650 hp to the backwheel and then just go off the gas very fast.

you will never handle the swing much better than this.

if you tighten more, you just get higher chance of rippin the chain/ instead of falling off, cause its not tight enough.

i think they know what they do exactly

It's moving like that because A: It is misadjusted/stretched, and B: the power is either twisting the swingarm or the frame. Whether it's actually 650HP, who knows since it doesn't sound overly healthy, but it has power.

Chains don't 'rip' and you'd have to hang a truck from one to get it to think about stretching, let alone breaking. 530s are tough. They have a tensile strength of 10 or 11 thousand pounds, and some are rated up to about 15k.

Chains falling off are very, very rare and has to be grossly out of adjustment for that to happen.

If they expect this to be normal sag, they need a chain tension roller. Like a dirt bike has.

If it's too tight, it'll tear up your sprockets pretty fast and may do damage to the wheel bearing(s) or tensioner, and damage to the drive sprocket bearing. Too loose and... well, too many things to list in a small YT post... fluttering, making a mess, wearing through parts, all the way up to that rare occurrence of the chain falling off.
