Country is almost always based around a simple riff and lyrics about your pick up truck breaking down. Hip hop is based around sampling. Same concept. On everyone of Vince Gill's albums, almost every track has another writer, not just Gill. So that arguement is invalid. Also, just because you can "play" the keyboard, doesnt mean you're good at it. In that case i can play the oboe.

Big difference between a team of two and a team of 8 writing a song. Especially when it isn't even original stuff. If you think Gill's songs are about "his pick up breaking down" you clearly have no idea what you are talking about and Yes, that was sort of my point...Kanye's "prowess" on the keyboard can hardly be compared to the level Gill achieved on guitar.

Of course, they seem to share your general ignorance regarding Gill's music and only collected the reviews of 2 of his 26 albums but all of Kanye's 7 albums. All of which still doesn't make Kanye a "composer". Beethoven was a composer, Gill is a songwriter Kanye is a composter..he takes other people's stuff and recycles it.
