What in the world is she taking??? I'm just trying to figure out if this is really drugs, serious mental illness or both. How long has she been like this? Maybe the root of all of her issues is mental illness. Wonder if she were to get some good help the drug abuse, etc would get better or stop completely. May be worth the effort for all involved to focus on finding some proffesional guidance...

That effort has been made. Beth has been in every rehab in Texas and is not wanted back in the ones in Louisiana. Beth is also a big faker. She manipulates the mental health system to get more drugs. She manipulates the local emergency room.
