Suntrust is the most unethical and despicable company to obtain a mortgage with. They have very deceitful tactics. I would caution anyone who is considering taking out a mortgage with them. I have had a terrible experience with them. They have mismanaged my mortgage time and time again. They have resorted to outright lying. All I can say, based on my experience with them, is beware of obtaining a mortgage with SunTrust.
