Well that was cool. I live on Hartwell and love it. It's just a gorgeous lake (most of the time) and now it's full again! I'm on the Tugaloo River side less than a mile from the Hwy 123 bridge and broken bridges. Sittin in a cove at sunset, sipping a cool one, soft music, rods in the rod holders, fishing live shiners on a bobber in glass smooth water, taking a dip to cool off, then the cool breeze heading home. After years of Atlanta, this is like being on vacation every afternoon... ; )
Cool! I've never seen Lake Hartwell's Dam from the air before, just from Hwy. 29 and, of course, riding on beautiful Lake Hartwell! Thanks for sharing!
