atmosphere is too thick to much ilumination... clouds move too fast, camera goes creazy... checkk out my version of planet HD in 3d max

@PLAlfa I'm sorry, but, yours looks less real. Yours doesn't seem to have atmosphere, the clouds are shown but not atmosphere. The edges have a different blue, different than the diffuse color in the center. grayish/blueish and no night lights? the quality of it is great. Mine was also done in HD, but when I first uploaded it, YOUTUBE did not offer HD Uploading. In fact my other video has more realistic look and has a universe and a moon w/multcams (animated) Look at my 2nd Earth Animation.

Beautiful video. The clouds/atmospheric layer moving above at a different speed to the land/oceans was especially well done. Seen hollywood blockbusters with far lamer special effects. Great job.

The animation, yes... I invite you to see my other Planet Animation, it's more complex and in there I did use different scenes of different lengths in different location (static and moving) and the Audio addition was done in Sony Vegas 7 for both of them.

Camera animation....? Can you show me how to do this....I've modeled the earth and moon but I don't know how to do a camera rotation like that....Maybe you can make a video tut :O
