Musical scoring was done in Toronto (Manta Sound) and Hamilton (Grant Ave. Studio), Ontario, Canada ... Cutter and Nitszche were similarly and madly passionate about their convictions ... Jack could shake your solar plexus with a well voiced chord change.

I first saw this last nite. Great movie by the way. John Heard was awesome. He didn't give A FUCK! Seriously tho. It reminded me of Heath Ledgers Joker. The mannerisms, the attitude. John Heard in this movie is a blueprint for actors I believe. I bet this was a bit raw for back in the day. Being as tho we just started to cope with Vietnam being over. By the way. John Heards bit with the sunglasses. Classic. That's acting.

No, it's a better ending. It makes the same point, but in a more positive, ballsy way. Read the book and the the movie did a pretty faithful job. None of the producers connected with the film like the ending. It was too downbeat and reminded them of the Easy Rider ending.
