in ultimate ninja storm i've donned with Neji a like 100 combo, i can do evan more, but on EASY and NORMAL gameplay were the characters don't substitute that much

I've done a combo with neji with 72 combos, I dpn't remember how I did it.

Yeah, I've done a 74-hit combo on a level 4.

It's mostly luck because the enemy had little to no shakra, and I got him on a corner.

Just throw, downB,B,downB,B,forwardB,B,A,B­,B,X

here are some challenges i'll give you

neji: 74 hit combo

haku: 65 hit combo

shikamaru: 99 hit combo

nine tail fox naruto: 21 hit combo

rock lee: 31 hit combo

kankaru: 27 or 22

I always used the last one (without the kunai throw however), preferably directly after my opponent used kawarimi no jutsu; even if you're on low chakra, you'll probably get enough chakra for the special in time^^ thx for the hint with the kunai throw, a bit of additional damage :P

Hm, I keep on forgetting if Neji's Y cancels are useful for making combos, ack... I also forget if he actually has them in Clash 2...

No one has chakra cancels in Clash 2.

I don't know if they are in GNT3

They are in GNT4 (I have that one)

Lol, quick comment, well, I didn't mean chakra cancels, I meant the regular cancels that are done right before the specific move is executed. For example, Neji can begin to do the foward-A chakra steal move, but if Y is pressed right after forward-A is pressed, he'll just step forward without doing the attack.

Oh, and the cancels costing 1/4 chakra aren't in NGNT3, but the Hinata and Neji old cancels are.

Ahh yes neji does have Y cancels like Forward B, B, B, Y will cancel out the last B move...I think it is called a feint or sumthing like that.

No that's not what a "chakra cancel is" orocimaru drains your chakra like neji. A chakra cancel will occur in the later games where you give up 25% of your chakra or 1 bar of it to cancel in the middle of a combo and star a new one.  This is done by pressing "Y" when you can chakra cancel.

It's ok I guess but a few things:

-Is the attack lvl set to 3? Either that or its because your fighting kyuubi naruto but those seemed to do a lot more damage then they should have.

-There a few more you could add, when you do the combo where you just keep pressing B, pause slightly after the 3rd B and let his foot touch the ground, this why when his next to B's hit, they will work similarly to the d.B,B.

No the atk level was 2 but it was on kyuubi so it did more dmg than usual.

Kyuubi just has lower health and defence than other characters. Zabuza has the most health.
