  • I have a question.. I am 15 yrs old.. I've been doing your workouts for about a month. Do you think these workouts are okay for a 15 yr old girl?

  • @darkangel2444 yes for sure you should be able to do these workouts as a 15 year old girl. most of my videos are body weight workouts and you should easily be able to handle your own body weight at 15. we do athletic training too like you'd find at soccor practice, so its nothing unordinary that you shouldn't be able to complete. if you are trying some of the workouts with weights, definately use something light that's just a few pounds :-)

  • @BOOTCAMPMC Thank you. I've done cardio since I was 13, but I have heard people say you shouldn't when you are young. I just wanted to make sure. Your workouts definitely keep me in shape for cross country and track, so thank you for doing them and posting them :)
