    2. how long is the barrel sticking out from the boddy

    3. how long is the bold

    4. how does the bold lock works

    5. could you pls give me a site where all the mesure thingys are

pls respond quick pls so i can strart quick? already thnx

  • Omg just had a gungasm

  • @Cainfinity

My dad's a Canadian sniper you dumb shit. And im a honor role student at my highschool, no need to go back to Elementary school. You young lady need to just give up life completely, all you are is a large puddle of fossil fuel.

  • i bought mind a mid american arms

  • cool now make it in 338

  • WHERE CAN IT BE BOUGHT?

  • @jamesjamesa At the M24A2 Sniper rifle store.

  • @mechagodzilla290 smartass

  • Cost of it?? Im looking for a sniper for hunting

  • Clear explanation.

  • Jarhead

  • How does he get the gun?

  • @rockisthenamegurls - small penis? ignorant? douch_bag? yes, you.

  • @MrRecords14 stfu you faggot ass bitch. Get a real life and a girlfriend you queer.

  • I play CoD so I qualify myself as a gun expert, you should try the ACOG sight for max damage and 1 shot kills to any part of the body without juggernaut.

  • @MrRecords14 Play America´s Army 3 and you will never put an enemy down.

  • @MrRecords14 you sir, win.

  • @MrRecords14 i really hope your joking

  • The Marine Corps knows what they're doing using the M40 instead of the M24A2. The M24A2 has a longer action for magnum rounds, but is chambered for the relatively short 7.62. That means you HAVE to push the round to the back of the magazine, and the pull is longer.

Being a sniper is great and a highly rewarding experience. Better than CoD.

  • whats with fucking battlefield, its about COD

  • @Gencturk92

    fuck off you console gangster...

  • now how much do one of those cost?

  • @tapoutcampion111 On NWA Tactical there's a .308 package for about $9,000

  • Too you -16 kids - Sniping is harder then I video game, yes bc2 has ballistics but their is no wind calibration either. Plus 60% of sniper rifles are not that accurate after 800M if you want to be a sniper in the army, get practicing with real guns, be patient and be ready to lay in a suit that is 40º for 1+ hours laying still. Oh and you also have to be smart and do 100+ pushups

  • @fourpointplayveta And when he says you have to be smart, he means it. For instance: when making a difficult shot, not only do you have to take in account the wind, drop of the bullet, targets speed (if moving), and the humidity, but also the curvature and rotation of the earth. Laws of nature are a bitch. Study hard kids...study hard.

  • @fourpointplayveta Now if you want to be a sniper in the Marine Corps, it's quite a bit harder than that :P

    Oorah

  • @fourpointplayveta CORRECTIONS FOR THIS CHEAP DUMB ASS, "To you" , "16 year old adolescents", "than a video game", "Start practicing with real weapons" You sir, need to take elementary classes again A.S.A.P.

  • @BionicleArm2 Yea! i meant to say it as a joke!

  • @BionicleArm2 Buy game named Battlefield Bad Company 2

  • hehe Bad Company 2 ftw!

  • DAMN

  • fuck! sniper rifles are awesome

  • which is better, m24 or m21?

  • @MavZilLa09 M24

  • M24 is not easy to use, but its my favorite one :F

  • I'd still prefere the m110

  • Comment removed

  • m24 really is a gloirious weapon only m107 and Cheytac are better

  • the m24 its a battle proven system

  • @BTarbell miitary channel lol

  • @YayoCummins haha yeah i hear that like 20 times a day

  • @BTarbell ahhaha yeah everytime i turn it on, that commercial is playing

  • I love the 2 position remington 700 safety's. I have never had a problem with mine.

  • it cost me 1600 and yes it comes in a 30-06 rounds

  • Thank God for full academic sholarships! I'm looking to buy a 700 model and I was wondering if most gun dealers sell that model because I can't seem to find a place local place that carries them. Also is there much of a difference in recoil between a 30-06 and a .270 round? I don't want to buy something I can't shoot.

  • @TheCordog Not much, go with the .30-06. As long as you're over 5'4" you should be able to fire one standing, and the rounds are much more common.

  • Good rifle ,except that it's dangerous Remington is noted for it's piss poor safteys and deaths due to them , unless the bolt is modified to accept a Winchester style 3 position saftey that actually lifts the cocking peice off the triger sear and blocks movement of the fireing pin I wouldn't consider owning one, the reason I only have M 70 Winchester bolt actions in my gun safe !........

  • His not wrong. you are right about the 308 being a short action, but this is the M24 platform that could potentially be converted to 300 win magnum like the USMC system.

  • He's wrong... the .308 is a short action. The 30.06 and 270 are long actions (among many others).

  • @mdlovin1 the m24 that is contracted to the military is in fact built on a long action,

  • 3:02.....is he jerking off the rifle?

  • @centurion205 i think its 3:05 lol

  • 67 people should be target practice for this rifle =)

  • @Raellz yo ;D

  • if your wondering, the night vision is made by OTIS. Its a 3rd gen night vision, it goes for $8,000.00 dollars.

  • i came here after watching the fifth episode of The Event! when the sniper was on top of the Police station "I got my M24 i can end this right now while they're still in the car!!"

  • is it a 1 shot kill ?

  • @RandomDeathChild

Depends on where ya shoot don't ya think?

It's not a game where ya can survive a shot through your brain!

  • @RandomDeathChild yea duh, every firearm is meant to be one shot one kill

    and sertainly sniper rifles

  • @13thmistral loool video games scmmed me

  • @RandomDeathChild yep, they make you look like a total retard :)

  • @13thmistral fu

  • 1,120 NOW SHUT UP

  • 1,119, duh, WINNING.

  • 1,118th comment.... BOOM!!!

  • cheers 1,117th comment ! YOU CAN'T BEAT ME!!!!

  • oh yeah the 1,116th comment. WINNING!

  • hay can you guys stop acting like you know all about this stuff please...damn at least be in the armed forces or somthing and get off youtube and actually shoot a weapon first

  • oh yea the 1114 comment SWEET!!!

  • oh yea the 1113 comment SWEET!!!

  • oh yeah the 1112 comment SWEET!!!

  • @Mrbodhisattva1 Quite creative haha.

  • @Mrbodhisattva1 Maxim invented the suppressor and named it the "silencer" for marketing reasons. Hence the gruesomely incorrect name. Hope that clears up some unnecessary confusion.

  • the suppressor is a silencer but the government makes it legal and gives it a new name i want one

  • @SgtCrocodile

He mounted a 10 power scope onto it.

  • what cal is it????

  • @IndeedGaming 7.62

  • Carlos Hathcock got a kill shot with a M2 .50 caliber heavy machine gun at 2300 meters. 40 years later a Brit gets a 2400 meter + kill shot with a purpose built .338 lapua rifle and a gps. I wonder what Ol' Gunny could do today...

  • @Mchermsquatch I wonder if that M2 had a scope or some other magnifying device. Dont get me wrong. Hathcock was a hell of a shooter, but 2300 meters are too far away for the naked eye.

  • @Mchermsquatch Carlos made a one shot kill the Brit needed 9 rounds.

  • @BailyCarpeDiem he took 9 shots to adjust his scope (they were purposely off target). When he did engage the enemy, he took 2 shots, 2 kills at 2475m beating Canadian Rob Furlong's 2430m kill. Hatchcock was a great sniper but I hate it when you guys use him to try and take away what others are curently doing.

  • @ChuckyBaby13 He took nine shots to get on target. You do not need nine shots to calibrate your scope. Average hunter will do so with half that. He probably had problem with the range, might have been beyond his scope capability so he had to set his scope on max and make a educated guess to get on target.

I do not take anything away from them. Just do not like when people make them out to be excellent shots or spacial when others done better with less equipment.

  • @BailyCarpeDiem That's the thing... no one has done better, numbers don't lie (considering confirmed kills). I mean if we look at Hathcock's shot, considering he shot it out of a 50 cal Machine Gun with a small scope modification, could we assume he got lucky? (I mean of course he had a tremendous talent but a little luck never hurt anyone) Would that make it a less impressive shot?

  • @ChuckyBaby13 True, true, but Hathcock's shot was merely more impressive. The record shot was in ideal conditions with a modern rifle, Hathcock did it in the jungle (humidity = bad) with a Browning M2 (a machine gun).

  • @SSgt24thMEU maybe he lucked out? I mean, the fact that the conditions where against him and that the weapon he used was everything but accurate would probably be enough to conclude that Hathcock lucked out on his shot, no? which is why I would never say that one shot is more impressive than others, to me, they are all very very very impressive shots.

  • @ChuckyBaby13 It takes incredible skill to take a shot in those conditions, but at ANY shot over 2000 yards, it takes an insane amount of luck.

  • @brokenbstring

US Army Scout/Sniper field training manual print date of 06/22/1996. M24 was 7.62x63mm (30-06) M24A1 is 7.62x51mm (.308) / .300 winmag. M24A2 is whatever the video says. I forgot to specify that it was the M24 no suffix that the Army used before 1988. It was an unmodified Remington 700. That was my bad. You were correct regarding the A1, however the original M24 no suffix was 30-06.

  • @mchermsquatch no problem man.... Brokenb is a legitiment douchbag he is a troll and if he cant give you a little more respect he can safely be called an ati- american coward!!!!!! Fuck off you tool, shh

  • @Austig68 shh

  • @Austig68

I appreciate that very much. Thank you for your prayers. God Bless.

  • @brokenbstring

Haha every sniper is a scout. The main job for EVERY sniper is to be the eyes and ears of the commander. They spend more time looking and listening than they do shooting. Every branch has gone so far as to drop the sniper half of the title. The school is Scout/Sniper school in either Ft. Benning, GA or Quantico, VA. The M24A1 was 30-06 or .300 winmag, the A2 is .308 or .300 winmag.

  • @Mchermsquatch It was never 30 06. Where are you getting this from? You had me wondering if I am loosing it myself so I looked it up from numerous sources. Are you sure your not thinking of the original M40? The M24 was going to be chambered in 30 06 but last minute decision changed to .308

  • @brokenbstring shh??? What the hell????

  • @Austig68 shh

  • @brokenbstring, give mchermsquatch some fucking respect you ignorant prick he has put his life on the line to keep you alive and you disrespect him like that??? He should carry you with him overseas and use you as a meat shield you dumb son-of-a-bitch!!!!!

Sorry you have to deal with people like that mcherm, thanks for your service to me and my family, I pray you stay safe.

  • @Austig68 shh

  • What cartridge does the M24-A2 use, 7.62x51mm NATO?

  • @brokenbstring

You can't seem to get past brand names and have no clue of the similarities between the rifles. You seem to have a lot of "facts" on the M24 however you have nothing on the 700 of any variant. My team leader is a Army

Ranger/Scout Sniper and he gave my squad a class on this exact weapon. So I will believe a man who has actually used this weapon in combat over a username on YouTube. So argue with somebody else.

  • @Mchermsquatch You don't even know what cartridge the rifle is chambered in. You must not have been paying attention during that part of your Team Leaders class. Or maybe he left that part out because what round the rifle takes must not be that important.

  • @Mchermsquatch Also "Scout Sniper" is a Marine MOS. Army just calls them Snipers. Good work though.

  • Ok, I want to clear a couple of things up here. The M24 was never chambered in 30 06 or .338 winmag or 7.62x 54 as ive seen in another post. It is chambered in .308 winchester (7.62 x 51 NATO) and .300 win mag. You can look this up its a fact. The M24 uses a Remington Long action as apposed to the Remington short action in the varmint rifles and the USMCs M40. They used the long action because a short action is too short for the longer .300 win mag.

  • Dude....I know what I want for Christmas now.

  • @TEHLEGITGUY

The only difference between a 5r barrel and a standard varmint barrel is the crowning. The action length depends on what caliber the weapon is. Seeing as an M24 is either a 30-06 or .338 winmag depending on the purpose yes it would be long action. The H-S precision and Bell and Carlson stocks are irrelevant due to the fact it's just a brand name. And "mil-spec" means only that the weapon passed military field durability tests. Seeing as there is no mechanical differences between an

  • @Mchermsquatch The 5R barrel has 5 radial lands and grooves. You cannot even compare it to a varmint barrel. The crown is different, the twist is different, the rifling is different, the contour is different. Its a different barrel all together. You cant say the stocks are irrelevant because the M24 uses a HS precision stock, its most likely aluminum pillar bedded unlike a Remington 700 SPS. You talk about replicating this rifle but you also say the parts that the rifle uses are irrelevant?

  • @brokenbstring

Because the US Army took an off the shelf Remington 700 and modified it to their liking. The Army does not build rifles from the ground up like the USMC does. That is how anyone can replicate this rifle.

  • Whoah!

  • Most military rifles in the us will most likely be a NATO round such as the 7.62 x 51 used in a variety of sniper rifles because its easier to find NATO ammunition

  • what caliber is this

  • @bobiscool308 it comes in a lot of different calibers. the military uses 7.62x54 im pretty sure and .300 win mag.

  • I could shoot jews all day with this gun

  • @ruggedrap81 Fuck you. I hope you die and burn in an infinite fire and that your soul be eaten by hell spawns.

  • @flamebreaker13 What wrong with pumping some hot lead into a juden rats brain? I get off thinking about shooting jews, i hate them and they all need to be exterminated.

  • @ruggedrap81 No actaully Taliban and terrorist need to be exterminated not jews if your some fucking nazi then srsly Gtfo.

  • 65 Taliban members have the internet

  • Damn Modern Warefare campers!

  • shot not show and talk

  • tactical knob

  • heheheheheheheh

  • rolex ??

  • What is better M24-A2 or OC-48k???

  • Dear Santa... YOU FAT FUCK I'VE BEEN ASKING FOR THIS FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS YOU NAZI!

  • @FreemanLambda shutup... SANTA IS REAL! WHY DID I BUY SANTA ON BATTLEFIELD HEROES!??!?!!? (my name on it is SANTAKILLEDU !!! :)!)

  • @FreemanLambda Dear child... YOU THINK I CAN PULL WEAPONS OUT MY ASS!?! MY WORKERS ARE ELF'S NOT ASAINS! WHERE IN A FUCKING RECESSION! Love santa

  • @ogb25 Dear Santa... If you would excuse me, but even if you could pull weapons out your ass, what makes you think I would want all that useless residue sticking to the gun like moldy beaver piss? On a lighter note... FUCK YOU, YOU FAT FUCKING CUNT, WHAT BOTHERS ME IS THAT THE RECESSION GOING ON IN AMERICA DOES NOT AFFECT THE NORTH FUCKING POLE, AND SERIOUSLY HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE AN M24-A2? I THOUGH SANTA WAS THE EQUIVALENT OF JESUS! -Love Freeman :)

  • @Oxstayne

Go fuck yourself you fucking idiot obviously you don't understand a satire when you read it so just shut your idiotic mouth. Fucking troll

  • @911mykidsdead Haha, never thought of it like that. Can you imagine some guy with a big beer belly laying down to shoot? I wish I had a nice shooting range like where that guy was.

  • don't tell my 700 i'm looking at it's younger sister.

  • What caliber does that come in? And does it come with the scope, bipod, supressor

  • @redneck0413 i think its .300 win and you can get the whole system but you will pay a lot for it

  • @Saix219

    I've got ninja melée skills.

  • @xim0wnz

The Army is adding the M110 to the arsenal not replacing the M24. Its too damn good of a rifle.

  • i like the m24 too bad the army is adopting the m110

  • I was to purchase a sniper Rifle I would want to get one of these. But the chances of me being able to get a sniper like that here in Australia are very slim without a huge amount of hassle.

  • @andrewoconnell123

    Huh? Lol

  • @redneck0413

.308 or 300 Winchester Magnum. Although the M24A1 used 30-06. The M24A2 has proved to be more versatile. Hope this answers your question.

  • What calliber of the m24 a2 does the millitary shoot?

  • @TheWinterfox10

They are, the USMC actually used stock Remington 700 varmint rifles dubbed the M40. All they did was put a 10 power nikon scope on it. Later on modifying them.

  • @brokenbstring

Different than what? There is NOTHING different mechanically between an M40A1 and an M24A1. Both are Remington 700 actions, bolts and barrels. When the USMC developed the M40A3 there were differences. Now between the M40A5 and the M24A2 there are certainly differences but I have only compared the A1 versions of said rifles. So if there was any confusion as to my topic I apologize.

  • I thought Remington's were primarily hunting rifles

  • @TheWinterfox10 The army just modifys them to be more suitable for combat

  • @soccerportugal

If you're not 18 you need an adult for rifles 21 for pistols.

  • How old do you have to be to fire this weapons at a shooting range? Cod doesn't have this sniper rifle it's on battlefield which also has m21 cod has M40a3 and Remington 700 get your facts straight and don't compare video games to reality

  • where can i buy this ?

  • The most beaultifull sniper rifle!!!

  • Gamers are so gay

  • @fitycint fuck you bitch

  • If you want to own this rifle, buy a Remington Model 700 SPS Varmint in 7.62x51mm (.308) put a Bell&Carlson adjustable competition stock on it and get a picitany rail for it. Done.

  • @Mchermsquatch the M24 is totally different.

  • @brokenbstring

The M24 is made by Remington. Go to their website and read for yourself how similar they really are.

  • @Mchermsquatch Can you please explain to me how a Remington 700 SPS Varmint with a Bell&Carlson stock is similar to the M-24? The only similarity is that they are both built by Remington and they are both rifles.

  • @brokenbstring the only real diference is that the barrel is lapped from the factory and the action is a little bit smoother than a 700. and the scope mount/rail system wpild have to be custom machined for you.

  • @Delta8559272 incorrect

  • @brokenbstring how so?? that lookls like a 700 action to me

  • @Mchermsquatch

You need a bit more, but still an easy achievment.

  • @Mchermsquatch Detachable mag and supressor?

  • @Roflzmahwoflz

Detachable Magazine Conversion Kit: CDI Precision $350+/-

    Suppressor: No clue.

A double pump 12 gauge is 10x better.
