if you havent yet, try building a smaller jump with some curve in the plywood on top. you will get a smoother take off from a lighter and smaller jump.

@MXnMetal dude, the teeth of the sprocket are going to be worn down by the chain jolting by popping the clutch or not changing gears correctly, therefore, sprockets = shit.
