Nicely done! But here's a great recipe for homemade tortillas: 1 cup white flour, 1/2 cup of water & about a tbs. of oil. Add more oil if dough is too dry. Flatten dough in a skillet and cook under moderate to high heat! Try it! It works beautifully! If you have difficulty, let me know. They are so good for all sorts of wraps.

i <3 chorizo tacos. the eggs, eh, not my favorite, but the onions, cilantro, peppers and cheese (with lots of habanero sauce) is the way to go with chorizo tacos. have you ever cooked pastor tacos? those are my favorite ever.

One of my favorite breakfasts - thanks for the tips on keeping the chorizo and egg separate till the eggs were done. I was just throwing the egg in when the chorizo was done and mixing them in the beginning. Now I see where I was going wrong. (even though my boys didn't know the difference) ^_^
