No, it doesn't. Any purified water without anything added, i.e. minerals or vitamins, will work. The Fiji happened to be on sale before this was made.

really any water will work but the more pure the better chance it will work, it's really hit and miss.

Ive done this millions of times in my freezer without anything just leave it in there for 4 hours i did 20 at once

k i finally got it to work with dasani, its pry the best maybe better that fiji. but most importantly it must be unopened when you do this!!! first put it in the freezer for about 2 hours, if its frozen try it again with less time. then if its not frozen bang it on something and watch it turn to ice, if you let it thaw out and dont open it again u can do it over and over... have fun

Formula for Fahrenheit to Celsius: Subtract 32, then divide the result by 1.8. For Celsius to Fahrenheit: Multiply it by 1.8 and then add 32.

You could also use Google to find these kinds of things out. You could look for a temperature conversion calculator or something.

haha id like to see a video of you drinking supercooled water, anyway i did this at home with a beer, but it really didnt freeze all the way, it just turned into slush. it needs to be unopened and once it gets that cold if its sealed it doesnt freeze so once it it opened to more air then disturbing it creates a chain reaction of ice crystals, forming almost instant ice. its a cool magic trick to show you friends or a good science project, im so gonna get an A+ lol

It has minerals in it, but it's purified also

Anyway, I put it in my freezer upstairs, when I turn the nob on "max" and it'll supercool any liquid inside.

As soon as I pull it out and open it, it freezes

I'm pretty sure it is because your freezer vibrates too much and and agitated the water so it couldn't stay it the liquid phase.

Never works with Dasani. The water must be pure or distilled, no added minerals or impurities.

Actually I one time i put gatorade in my freezer for while and Once I pulled it out it freezed instantly....I had no intention of making it freeze like that...it just appeared by accident
