That's actually a Wehrmacht Officer. There's a difference between 'Wehrmacht' (General army) and "Nazi" (Waffen SS (More of special forces than party supporters) and Allegmeine SS.) Interesting fact though, only 28% of SS enlisted individuals were Nazi party members. Most just joined the SS for a variety of reasons other than to support the Nazis.
