@FinalFantasySeven The No More Heroes Character Viewer should have been an unlockable in the game not a DLC it more downloable B.S. that should have been in the game already but the programmers where to lazy (and greedy) to do that. It like the New Game + in Blue Dragon DLC or the expensive horse armour mess in Oblivion, it's a rip-off and DLC should not be something that should have been included already. How much did you pay for this DLC? I expect better from PSN.

@loomp I paid 59p for this DLC. A lot of content for games these days are purposely taken out or locked so that gamers have to pay to get them. It's wrong what they are doing, especially if they charge a high price. I never pay for expensive DLC that don't bring much to gameplay. Developers should follow the (upcoming) Dark Souls way of including everything on the disc before hand. Unfortunately, gamers will continue to pay for a lot of useless DLC such as by Capcom and Activision.

Dark Souls may have right idea for including everything on the disc before hand but that may include glitches too case in point Dead Island which came with game breaking glitches that you need DLC to fix them (sucks for the non internet people in the Army) Capcom problem is not DLC it the fact you have to buy the same game over again like MVSC3.

@loomp 59p which is probably $0.99 for you I think. No single DLC would be worth $59 lol. About glitches in games, its "patches" that fix them, not DLC. Part of Capcom's problem is DLC because they release content that should already be on the disc. Recently they had released a colors pack for Street Fighter 3rd Strike OE which can't even be saved in replays and future DLC includes some packs which lets you watch some old matches lol.

@FinalFantasySeven You are correct Capcom's problem is DLC but the other problem is also making me and other people buy the same game over again on disc ( I had to buy Street Fighter IV for the third time) namely Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 just to get new characters and spectator mode that wasn't included on the original MvsC3. I don't really play Street Fighter 3rd Strike, I have it on Dreamcast and my PC ( I have the online option on PC) I prefer Street Fighter 2 I had to buy 3 times too
