briefly - Walter was mentioned in the memos of the earlier SH games as the man who killed 2-3 victims reportedly and died in prison. Walters main motive to kill these people is to use their deaths as tribute of a ceremony to meet his mom. Eileen was #20, the main character was the last and 21st, of the 21 Sacraments. Walter failed ultimately because even though all those people died, Henry, you, still lived. So even after all those years, Walter didnt get to meet his mom

Damn it...there hasn't been another Silent Hill besides part 3 and 1 with a good ending...and Part 1 and 3 relate to the same person. Iono...it needs a good happy ending...I mean, part 1's ending kicked ass.
Huh... Holyshit I never connected that before... considering the whole elements and plot to Event Horizon... it would make a little sense and homage wouldn't it?
