It is huge casino with 5,800 slots . However,they charge $3.50 for one beer while it is complimentary drinks at Horsshoes Shv. I used to ask my friends to come along to Winstar but they prefer free beer seeing they spend a lot of money on casino. I think if Winstar stops to charge for beer or only $1(charge.) It would be better.

Winstar has taken out a lot of the Beautiful things they had to look at...Especially the circus stuff....Since Choctaw has added the new section.....It's just better...Choctaw offers B-day perks and half off there buffetts......Although...I like Sam's Town in Shreveport! They offer 2night free room stays and Omg!...There buffett is the best I ever had at a buffett!...3 hrs to get there.....Winstar added more machines and just ruined the unique beauty.

I love Winstar! They have a nice hotel and great golf course too. It's a great place for a weekend getaway.

we go to winstar quite often, only 65 miles from ft.worth. I have to say this is one of the cleanest casinos I have been in.

Isn't filming inside Winstar not allowed by the local laws or some other institution? Anyways, I remember Winstar before all the construction recently, but the hotel connected sure does save on time spent driving drunk from hotel in Tx to the casino in Ok

I have been to the casino several times. Enjoyed it, but just wish they had a totally separate building for non smokers. I can only handle about and hour of the smoke and odor in the casino even with the ventilation.

I work there. YES IT IS BIG!! The 5th largest in the world ( 3rd largest in the US) Try walking around in there 12 hrs a night. OUCH!! Glad you had a good time.

Really great...my husband and I just returned from a short little trip and we went to this casino...I loved it, it was so beautiful...I also won around $1250 there also. But the whole time I was there I kept wishing I had brought my camera so I could show my kids how wonderful it was, I'm glad you were smarter than me, I'll show this video to my kids. We are planning on going back, I hope soon. 8-)

I can't wait to go visit a casino one day, I love the over luxurious aspect of it. Here in Australia I can at 18 but we only have one not so impressive one in Sydney, so I'll have to wait a few more years till I'm 21 for a visit to Vegas.

I like the casino but the comps suck and that buffet is gross! if youve ever been to a Vegas casino or even one in Shreveport, you know what I mean.

Yeah, but for those of us who don't have time to go to Vegas, we have to stick with our options. And while Shreveport is closer (about a 4 hour drive or so), Winstar is just a little over an hour away

I tend to go to choctaw in durant, It's smaller and they are building a huge hotel there. So we will have a little variety to choose from that isn't to far from home! Winstar is just beautiful inside. The video did the place no justice. Someday, I'll have to do vegas! Glad ya had a good time! Take care

I was there just yesterday. Not more than an hour-and-a-half drive from my place in Dallas.

This was my first time, so I didn't quite know what to expect, but it rivals the casinos over in Shreveport, in terms of size and gaming space.

Not quite Las Vegas, mind you, but it's very nice, very big, with plenty of games.

Will go back, in a heart-beat.
