taiwan may take the HongKong model, governed and built by Japan(not British), but belongs to China. It should be a good solution for Taiwanese future.
Mixture of a different system may bring a serious accident. I heard that The Sinkansen derailed by a trial run, and commencement of practice was late. I think that Taiwan should have made it TGV till the last. Or should have made the Sinkansen from a beginning.
However, I do not hope for Taiwanese tragedy. In Taiwan good luck.
