As a frenchman I can tell you the lyrics are beautiful and clever. "Brilliant", like Insaneasanything says. I've just seen an interview where Tom Barman said Stef didn't speak two words of french when they first met. I have a hard time to believe it when I hear that.

@BenDeRaes Het liedje gaat over allerlei herinneringen object die hij ordent. Een gedicht van Baudelaire plaatst hij naast de sjaal van een suicidale vriend, de nummers van kameraden naast de goede wijn, foto's van politici naast die van gekwelde artiesten. Hij is in een moment van bezinning over al die herinneringen en objecten. Een aantal ervan verontrusten hem. Maar hij kan ze rustig ordenen, opbergen om ze misschien te vergeten, "in dezelfde lade", ranger dans le même tiroir.
