Knots Landing is so much better than Dallas. I wish they would get over themselves and start putting out the rest of the seasons on DVD. I'm such a primtime soap junkie.

loved that the woman that shot Karen in the season 5 finale was the great actress Grace Zabriski who later went on to fame as twin peaks "Laura Palmers" Mother

What happened to the good writers of Soap's? This scence where Val gets her twins and the adopted parents are kissing them good-bye, brings you to tears. Nobody is saying anything, the solemn music is playing. Beautiful! When a character gets killed or something traumatic happens, it's like who cares. Because there is never character development, where we get to know the characters. TV sucks now!

10...shows how Knots used those silences to their adv..9...beautiful. 8...Awesome! Never saw when the babies were returned! 7...Karen did it up! 6. One of the best cliffhangers I've ever seen!

That season 5 finale was just absolutely awesome, especially the cliffhanger of Abby being driven off and Gary running to her as Val is in anguish.

one of my favorite KL moments was when Karen was addicted to prescription drugs in one of the earlier seasons. I can't find it on youtube.

oh my gosh, I forgot about when harry and sheila gave the babies back. And the season 5 cliffhanger was second only to when the babies were stolen. Missing KNOTS LANDING!!

BUT twins best scene when they all show up at Harry'sand Sheila yells "Harry, they've come to take the babies" then Val turns in slow motion as the car speeds by.Drug story best when Olivia wrecks house and Abby holds her down on bed "can i have the keys" Val speeds away in the car is GREAT, best part Abby says " I'm not saying we're having an affair and I'm not saying were not I am saying I can have him any time I want him" Val Slaps. Also when Lilimae runs over Chip

Would not have chosen most of the scenes as in my opinion, the best scenes involve, val, gary and abby!

OK Pollyanna speech totally shouldn't have been on here. Nothing season 9 and after should be on here.

PLUS number 8 absolutely deserves to be on here but you edited out the best part. When the solitary tear runs down Lilimae's cheek. THAT is where I lose it and it wasn't her :-(

@ncjuppiter Have to agree. That Pollyanna speech was so ridiculously overdone. Especially when she crows "...that's not the way it's supposed to be Gary" at the end. Sometimes KL addressing social issues just came off as heavy-handed preaching.
