  • Yes. Unless they have been cut off!

  • No wayyy!! O'O So all my prayers are not accepted??

  • @XFifiBEEX

In the Hanafi madhab, the aura is not the feet. Don't follow any random person, as they cannot rival a madhab. Some people say "In my opinion" as if it matters. It's like me giving my opinion in Clinical neurophysiology. I don't even know what it is.

These people don't make a fraction of Imam Abu Hanifa (RA), or any other great scholar. Believing he has a logic to defeat Imam Abu Hanifa (RA)? Joker.

  • @XFifiBEEX

And for the record, he is rivalling Imam Abu Hanifa (RA) with Imam Shafi'e (RA) and Imam Ahmed (bin hambal) (RA).

Imam Ahmed (RA) was taught by Imam Shafi'e (RA). Who was taught my Imam Muhammad (RA). Imam Shafi'e had extreme praise for Imam Muhammad (RA). Imam Muhammad (RA) used to sit in the gatherings of Imam Abu Hanifa (RA) when he didn't even have hair on his beard. Imam Muhammad (RA) was taught by Imam Abu Yusuf (RA), who was taught by Imam Abu Hanifa (RA).

Therefore, they had extreme respect and love for one another.

  • If the feet are 3oura then shouldn't it be 7araam for us to wear flip flops and sandals??

  • MUSLIM, (ا ل إ س ل ا م) { I S L A M } إن الدين عند الله الإسلام , Sunni Islam, Ahle Sunnat Wal Jama'at, SALAFI

  • Wow and people take this seriously.

  • Good answer, but is it not likely that the prophet (pbuh) meant that the outer garment should be long enough to cover the feet to ensure that the ankles/calves would not be exposed when prostrating? It seems more likely to me that that is the reason the outer garment should be floor length in the case of the woman who approached him.

  • *24:30-31 Dressing modestly, therefore, is a trait of the believing men and women. The minimum requirements for a woman's dress is to lengthen her garment (33:59) and to cover her chest. Tyrannical Arab traditions have given a false impression that a woman must be covered from head to toe; such is not a Quranic or Islamic dress.

  • Dress Code for Believers*

[24:30] Tell the believing men that they shall subdue their eyes (and not stare at the women), and to maintain their chastity. This is purer for them. GOD is fully Cognizant of everything they do.

  • Intelligent answer.

  • Thanks Very Helpful
