I think this is amazing. You don't see sign language every day, especially in vlogs.
It's nice to know someone is doing it.

You are right about msconfig. Some startup programs are "terminate and stay." Some programs maybe you don't use can load at boot and reserve memory. With msconfig you can learn what is happening. Another good one: Windows Defender. Was free from Microsoft. Windows Defender has ( gear picture ) a thing for control of startup programs.
