The Parke and Ronen guys were being tools and they were the ones being unprofessional. Janice was sick and if she says is she's sick, then it's not up to the client to shout at her. pfft.

Accepted-agents do not have to be at the shoot, but when it is arranged prior, then it should be followed up. About being ill, the client should have been advised in advance for sake of professionalism.
