How can you people compare and make fair judgements as one has double years of experience in the league? When Kobe was at Lerbon's age, he did not have much leadership besides being a ball hog. Skills wise, Kobe has more depth and more soft touch, but in terms of leadership, Lebron is better. Kobe won his first ring along with Shaq and Phil, Lebron has no such luxury.
