no carbon. i use 2 sponges in each pump and a pre-filter sponge on the intakes as well as 50% weekly water changes. i have been looking for chemi pure but no lfs in my area carries it

Do you use carbon in your filters? You inspired me to try one out and I've heard of people just using two sponges
