Ehh. I'm sure this is supah supah rare, but one time like my 5th farming run, i found 2 of the excat same weapons in a white chect (and btw guys i dont think theres ever any Edridian weapons in white chest only red chests)

the final chest is when you finish the missin(quest) TK.OK. in the balkony of TK you will see a red chest

To get to new haven you must first finish the main quests in arid highlands so you get acces to the next area in wich you also need to do the main quests.

After that you will get acces to new haven.

u have to kill the roid rage psycho in slegdes house its a quest and then u get the key to the city and after a couple more quests (i dunno if main or side quests) new haven opens

@mankind059 the one you are thinking of is in rust commons west at the top of the level on the cliffs if you look at the map

u forgot a chest just near the 3rd one near the massive windmills there is a buliding with a whole in the ceeling u climb it by jumpin on a barrel then a sign and then the ceeling check it out...

Yes you are able to go back to the start to get that chest at anny stage of the game.

Also anny time you load your game the chests will have new content and you can go open them all again.
