Well, this didn't really help me get the achievement as it just confirmed what I've been doing all this time. After playing it through again, however, I checked super thoroughly in the "Broadcast Room" and found a TV in the corner that I'd always seemed to neglected.

heres another tipp : when you checked the rooms twice but u aren't sure that yoou destroyed each Tv just walk around in the room you can hear Al-Alasads voice from the tv's so just listen :D

i finally got this achievement :D i only missed one tv on the first try -.-* and when you miss only tv this really fucks u up :D

and it doesn't matter if they ar already shot u only have to destroy all Tv's and there are more than 110 tv's so its easy to miss one heres a little tipp .Check each room twice and make sure you shot each tv in the room and then move on

I would suggest destroying EVERY TV, whether it shows just black, shows Al, or shows the colored bars. I swear I did it with just the program ones, but it didn't work. So I went back, destroyed EVERY TV and it worked. o.O; Safe bet is to destroy them all.

This walkthrough isn't that great. First, if you look at the video at 1:26, you will see a TV in front of the player that he doesn't shoot before he cuts out to the big room.

Also, immediately upon entering the big room, look to your left. There will be a desk with a computer, and behind that computer is a hidden TV.

I would've never found it if I didn't look myself. And unfortunately NextGen got lazy and didn't show you the hard-to-find ones in that room really. ALSO YOU CAN PLAY RECRUIT.
