If you people are wondering why his weapon sucks in this video, there are three weapon types for each character. Spd, Tch, and Pow. He has a Spd (speed) weapon in this video, which is why it is much smaller.

once again they messed up on the whole tightening of the historical accuracy. Xu Huang really did have a poleaxe and he really did wear a turbanish thing on his head. I will admit I never really liked his moveset but they could've just changed his moveset and not his look and his weapons which were fine as they were.

actually there never was supposed to be katanas since they were never made or introduced in china, or the bushido blade.plus they wanted to make fantasy mixed historical real so no one would kill with nunchuks or sticks

Actually, weapons similar to katanas(wodao, miaodao) WERE made in China, particularly during the 1400-1600's, while Japanese pirates were raiding the Chinese coast.

The problem is that even the precursor of the katana, the tachi, hadn't been made until like the seventh century. This is the second/third century.

Well this is the last of my fav. characters but I want to look at Zhuge Liang, I hope his moveset improved from a stupid combo like his one two mirror, U know what I say when I look in it, oww the suns to strong it burns my eyes.

Actually that "mirror" is one of his best moves because it always breaks the opponants guard, leaving the, vulnerable to attack.

And yes Zhuge Liang's moveset has got better, he now uses more magic attacks and fires a "pulse" of magic with each attack.

He's not using an axe. He's using a battle pick these days, which might explain why it has less heft to it then the axe.
