Are you kidding? I can't imagine a more crappier version of Pinocchio than the one where they took various episodes from the anime an crammed them all into one long movie! Not to mention it's voice-over, Pinocchio sounds like a girl!
I just saw this, and holy shit... it might be worse than Titanic the Animated Movie. It makes the cut-up movie version look like Disney. In this one, Pinocchio sounds like a robot! It's not a sequel anyway, just a ripoff.
It can't be any worse than the live-action remake with Thomas Sangster, Bob Hoskins, and Robbie Kay. I've been watching the ads for it and highly anticipating it's U.S. debut for almost a year, but when I finally watched it, I was completely crushed! Too many important scenes from the original novel had been left out, and not to mention Pinocchio was a real boy throughout the whole movie and only became a puppet when he was bad. It would make this look like it's anime counterpart, trust me.
does enyone know where i can watch this and if its in english ?

I agree that it looks like Tatsunoko's version, look at 1:06 especially. Even the music sounds similar to the Italian theme song.
