You're right, Bakersfield is an hour and a half or so, since it's like 110 miles north. Bakersfield has Famoso but Buttonwillow is A, closers, and B, Famoso tends to have more muscle whereas Buttonwillow is more of an import crowd as well as being home to a road race course and HPDE schools.

i have a brilliant idea to stop illegal street racing. make a new road on an abandon stretch of land and allow people to race on it for free. just have a place where they need to fill out a liability waiver to be able to access the road. problem solved...omg. and 8 people died from street racing, how many people died from cigarettes?elderly drivers?..... and they're racing on an empty industrial street, i could understand freaking out if they were doing this in a populated area...

@fd3srules you got the ticket for not having "crab exempt" parts. a bs set thing set up by the state of CA. the difference between a "carb" legal intake and an illegal intake is the sticker...and that's it. btw, it should not be a fine, but instead a fix-it ticket which means that you put your stock intake or w/e on and get it signed off by a cop.
