  • oh shit iv been there... I wish I was there on this day tho

  • @Bigfille26 A Hi-Point carbine isn't a rifle. It's a Carbine. Duh? Where the hell did you get the term "Hi-Point carbine RIFLE"? Anything that fires a pistol round is NOT an Assault Rifle.

  • "40 caliber assault rifle", really? They make them? Fucking reporters!

  • @pd2210 Actually they do make 40 cal assault rifles

  • @Bigfille26 Yeah no they don't. .40 S&W isn't a rifle cartridge, it's a pistol cartridge. Therefore it would be a submachine gun, not an assault rifle. But if you ask the media, anything a criminal can hold that goes "Bang" is an assault rifle.

  • @booya155 Beretta Cx4 Storm - Its chambered in .40 S&W..... Also the FBI uses AR-15's that are chambered in a .40 S&W... You should know what your talking about before you open your mouth next time.

  • @Bigfille26 Do yourself a favor and look up the definition of Assault Rifle before you comment further. Chambering a pistol round into a rifle frame doesn't make it an assault rifle.

  • @Bigfille26 Perhaps it's YOU who should know what you're talking about before you open your mouth next time.

  • Shooting an assault rifle in a park called "Tranquility Park". ROFL epic fail!

  • i love Samuel L Jackson!

  • occutards are morons

  • that man had class, he woke up in the morning, put on a classy suit and took his rifle, and said this'll be the day that I day

  • he shot once into the water. according to the gun laws the man did nothing wrong. thw weapon was not concelled and he did not aim at any passer bys. he was exercising his right. the right wich teh occupy movement in that area was about. gun control. and what happens when he exercises a right given to him by our founding fathers? they take away another right, an unalienable right, life.

  • @F34rANDl4ught3r Jesus, what twisted world are you from? A walks through a crowded area firing off an assault rifle and you shit on the POLICE for stopping him? Ever think that maybe the reason he didn't kill anyone is because he was killed before he had the chance? After he got shot the first time he ran back to grab his rifle again. You are a sick individual.

  • @fear614 he fires the gun into the water. i guess ur right the mer people would b pist. n crowded area? besides the camera man theres two people both tlakin too him that he never points his gun at or anything. and ur using the fact that after he got shot he picked up his gun to back up ur claim? so ur tellin me if u had a gun and u got shot and dropped ur gun. ud just lay there???? lol

  • @F34rANDl4ught3r For a second I thought I was talking to someone half intelligent but now I wish I had never replied to you in the first place. 1) You can hardly type. 2) This is the center of a city. Yes, it's crowded. Just because there are two people in the frame doesn't mean no one else is around for miles, genius. 3) If he was just making a point, why reach for his gun after being SHOT? Couldn't have POSSIBLY been to fire back, could it? Go back to sleep.

  • @fear614 i dont doubt he reached for his gun after being shot just to shoot back. if i was being shot at and i had a way to defend myself id use it too. Also the video itself is mislabeled this happened in oakland not houston. And okay he's in a city the law still states that it's all legal unless he aims it at another person. The weapon is too large to be concielled and therefore he doesn't need a licence to obtain it. And he can have it loaded and walk down the street loaded and everything.

  • @fear614 had the police asked him not to and things had gone that route, I'd completely agree yea the guys in the wrong. But no, they let citizens try to talk to him. If this man was dangerous enough to be shot and killed on the spot for his actions then they should have never let the random people get as close to the man as they did. This should not have ended in blood shed. Using a weapon is suppose to be a last resort for an officer, i saw no evidence of attempts of peaceful resolution.

  • @F34rANDl4ught3r It's a common misconception that lethal force is a last resort in police procedure. Depending on the circumstance it can actually be the only option. Usually a guy shooting off an assault rifle in an urban area (that is already under high police detail) will warrant a lethal force response. If there is any possibility that an officer feels his life or the life of a civilian is in direct danger, they are authorized to kill the threat.

  • @F34rANDl4ught3r Furthermore, the suspects intentions at this point are nothing but semantics. He didn't die from this and he will undoubtedly go to court where he will have to speak for his actions. whether or not we can agree that what he did was right/wrong, I'm sure you will agree that it was INCREDIBLY stupid.

  • Shouldn't have reached for the gun after being shot once...

  • Vernon, regardless of what runninhoove believes nothings gives you the right to insult him... and your comment further shows what a massive lack of understanding you have in regards to these protests, you are completely misinformed but your ego thinks you are right so you are willing to insult to show you are correct. Ironic that you are the aggressive one on here and the Occupy sympathisers/supporters aren't regardless of your lack of eloquence.

  • This is Amber Twohig.. Joshua Twohig is my older brother. Please stop bad language & blame on people or no perfect.

No one perfect doesn't matter do you have plm or what?

  • @AmberTwohig2012 amber its bianca dont listen to these ppl let them think what they want he has us to back him up!!! these ppl have no life but to judge others ppl life... we love him and he knows that

  • THE REAL STORY: The Lone Gunman was taken from an area insane asylum, given a mask and a loaded weapon and dropped off at Occupy Huston by an unknown party driving an unmarked vehicle, on-purpose.

Was inciting violence and disrupting Occupy Huston the objective?

The hope was someone getting killed by a random psychopath appearing as an "occupier" so Big Media could help demonize protesters and justify the Martial Law clamp-down.

Things didn't exactly go as planned with their expendable patsy...

  • @runninghoove Your a fuckin moron. You probably also believe in UFO's and big foot. Law enforcement doesn't need a patsy to justify their actions. The communist OWS continues to taunt and use violence against the police and innocent people. As I have said before and will say again, if you pieces of shit had only gotten a PERMIT there would not of been a single cop near any of you. Aggravation and violence are the tools of OWS. You can twist video footage all you want.

  • @36Vernon said: "You fucking moron."

Thanks for the typical knee-jerk reaction and vulgar misinformation, unpatriotic hate and filthy, dumbed-down spew.

So it's true, all you anti-Occupy wackos are identical: Robots ripe for overthrow.

Another mindless drone, you take your freedoms for granted, let others more brave than you fight the battles for you, then spit venom, urinate and show extreme prejudice against anyone who dare oppose your horrifically narrow view of the world.

    Pathetic.

  • @runninghoove The occupy movement thinks taking freedoms is the answer. That's what socialism does.

  • @36Vernon "You probably also believe in UFO's" LOL you blind brainwashed retard! LMAO
