Una de las novedades del Concierto 2012 ha sido el acompañamiento vocal de los Niños Cantores de Viena -por primera vez desde 1998- en dos conocidas polcas: Tritsch-Tratsch y Feuerfes/Fireproof, en esta última pieza el director Mariss Jansons dejó la batuta de lado para marcar el compás golpeando un yunque con dos martillos.

@treblefan77 Nope, you are not right. The first 24 minutes is an inanity featuring people floating in the air above city scenes of Vienna ... really crappy stuff. The actual concert is a selection only. However, it is possible to get the complete concert elsewhere on YouTube. You would only want to buy the DVD if you want a high quality video product, something that you will never get on YouTube.

I believe that many users or other people don´t have so sublime tastes and abandon to buy the DVD. Don´t also forget that it´s no problem to download the video with the Downloadhelper by Firefox - for example.

@wskfan I find it hard to believe there would be much of a market for a DVD of this concert from Vienna, but let's face it, some folks have more money than brains.
