I love that river, usually go there every year, I usually fish up above spring creek tho.

Man I miss fishing that river! I was staying at Waterwheel Camp Ground and fishing with a green nymph or a Stone Fly Catching those suckers all day long. Beautiful river! Nice Fish!

@jmiddlestadt Been a while since your comment but I thought I would agree with you on how much you miss that area! The Williamson is awesome. Did you see that picture in the tackle shop of the young kid who caught that 5# plus rainbow right off the boat ramp? How about those puffballs that grow openly around there? Our host during that time sliced those puffballs up and fried 'em like pancakes and man were they good!
