  • No 50m =O

  • i actually got the real arcade of this with all 3 of the donkey kong games so this seems a little different.

  • Too bad they did cut a level...Nes could handle it if it could handle a zelda game.

Bought if for the GBA ans sure as hell, still missing a level.

The Classic NES line for GBA was such a rip off. coud have packaged all of that line on 2 carts. Maybe there was licensing issues. Oh well, pretty good version of the arcade

  • I love playing Donkey Kong one and I'm only fourteen.

  • U can also play this game in flash formatted game.

  • is there only 3 levels in the entire game? someone please reply

  • yes there are. but after you "beat" it, it restarts at the first level with the same score you had.

  • I've always wondered why Nintendo had to cut a stage out of this to fit the game on an NES cart. Most NES games are longer and more complex than this What's four stages that are no larger than a single screen compared to the much larger 32 levels of Super Mario Bros?

  • With alot a luck you'll be on the letters and even symbols.

  • OMG Mario has 2 Girlfriends Peach and Pauline :o

  • let's assume this was before he met peach...remember this was in 1981 and peach did not appear until 1985

  • the one that started it all

  • this was the best donkey kong ever probley the best video game ever i couldn't stop playing it. it got faster after u kept beating it.

  • how many levels are there in the NES version? Is it just like the arcade one were there is like 22 boards or what ever?

  • im on level 24 now so i doubt it

  • great vid, you helped me a lot with this game.

  • Cool video, Mario's first game. A classic! One question, what was the name of the second fire-ball enemy, that appeared in the last level? In Brawl, they mentioned the name of the first fire-ball, "Trouble Bug."

  • Technically Mario's first game was "Wrecking Crew"

  • Well yeah in the U.S. Wrecking Crew came out before Donkey Kong on the NES, but the arcade version of Donkey Kong came out in 1981. Wrecking Crew came out afterwards, I think.

  • and super mario bros came out before wrecking crew

  • No it wasn't..This game was released in the Arcade in 1981, Mario was known as "Jumpman", which later became known as "Mario"...This was Mario's very first game.

  • no it wasn't, not for anything other than nintendo at least

atari 2600 mario bros was his first appearance

  • no this is marios first apperence wacth the commercial for the atari game it says "play as mario from donkey kong" so that means donkey kong was before mario bros on atri 2600

  • Beautiful!

  • thanks mrfellah

  • i wan to see the rest of the game!

how many levels does it have?

  • three

  • lol fail

  • they put more in the game boy version

at the end of the third donkey kong jumped up and fucked mario over and stole the chick then it was this big chase and shit and it was actually pretty hard in the game boy one

  • Arcade version has four levels.

  • That is what I needed, a video where that isen't a speed run.

  • This guy suck, he don't even know how to used hammer to kill to get bouns point.

  • killing was not the purpose of this video, just finishing the levels.

  • the game is only this???

  • unfortunately

  • the first game is pong then pac man

  • is that mario?

  • yes

  • No it's jumpman ! =) (renamed Mario then)

  • i cant beat the 2nd level fucking jack keeps killing me

  • is this the first game that was ever made??? Or was it Pac man??

  • neither were

  • then what was it?? Was it galaga?? er a fighting game or what??

  • I think it was Pong, but don't take my word for it.

  • first few games in history were the ones in the laboratory....

pong i think is the first game released to public which belongs to the 2nd gen

  • pong is believed to be the first game but wasnt, but it was the first to catch ppls atention and create an army of gameplayers due to being simple yet fun.

  • weren't there four levels in the arcade verson? Or did they just add the last one in DK64?

  • yes, there were four levels in the arcade version and three on the NES version.

  • damn brings back so many memories

    good times

ummm yea where did u download this at? website?
