at 0:40 to 1:00 it seems like she doesnt want to leave jacks dead body jack was the love of her life she knew and he new that they were eachothers after only 4 days or so jack knew when he first saw her rose realized when they first kissed they say alls fair in love in war but the way they loved eachother it wasnt fair when jack died suddenly, they were going to spend a life in america together grow old have kids but life is cut short sometimes even when you meet the one

when she says she'll never let go, shes talking about the promise she made to jack that she'll move on with her life, seeing as Jack knew he was going to die. he said earlier in the water "Promise me you'll never let go of that promise"

And BlondeCurlsBlueEyes: shes starting to get hypothermia, and you can barley speak. your body is literally freezing to death. So the way Kate Winslet is speaking is very accurate.
