  • Hey I just tabbed this song out in GP5 and put it on Ultimate Guitar. :)

I liked it that much and wanted to learn it myself. Thumbs up so people can see?

  • @ExplodingElmoDeath Indeed. I personally thank people like you for putting the effort to tab certain songs. Good choice on this one. One day it might be helpfull :)

    See you around.

  • @Tuscopa christ i think it might be a little easier to just buy some sheet music lmao, at least more accurate

  • how do i get the instructional dvd

  • @docs1936 "xttp://electronics.hsn.com/esteban-master-series-instructional-10-dvd-set_p-3615890_xp.aspx" Or try to find them on the web;) That was where i found them

  • Who's the Singer of this? Its beautiful. I cant find this song anywhere in internet.

  • @ixionkw I do believe it is a piece writen by Esteban himself. If so, the song must be on one of his cds. Don´t know in which though. Have a look at Esteban´s web page.

  • since when zorro play guitar lol

  • i got a c40 yamaha b4 2days.. :D :P

  • Great. So beautiful

  • This sounds great!!! Beautiful guitar playing by the excellent guitarrist Esteban! I also enjoy a whole lot the sound of his guitar.

  • pure genius.... But did you ever had an encounter with Victor van Kampen

  • Its okay.. If u could find one day let me know okay.. ;-) Cheers..

  • This is great.. do you have tabs or music sheet?

  • @ixionkw I´m afraid I can´t help you out on those. I have neither.

  • @ixionkw Hello: I bought one of his guitars 2 yrs ago, and they included many DVDs on his style. You could pick up his style of playing by learning from the DVDs.

Let me know if you can't find them

  • Yep. But he only shows some parts of the song. You can find it on the web.

  • Hey, if it sounds good it is good.

  • Fakemenco™

  • your mom sucks on all levels

  • what is this type of gutiar playing called, isnt it flaminco or something?

    pls answer :)

  • A little bit of Flamenco and Classical style also I believe.

  • @choezkevin

    He plays Classical

  • @choezkevin Flamenco guitar is basically Spanish guitar but there are many forms of Spanish guitar. This song fits more into the classical guitar category but its played in the flamenco style of guitar plucking and strumming. Flamenco is more a style of playing rather than a type of song. : )

  • @choezkevin Esteban, Charro, several others still alive learned from Segovia, or Segovia students that had become quite professional in their technique. I want to say its classical Spanish music (spain, not mexican), with the gut-strings and finger picking style.

  • @Martin00028Guitar He didn't study with Segovia and neither did Charo. Actually, Charo is a far better guitarist than this livingroom guitar player, and his guitar line is a complete scam. They're all rip-offs. It can't be proven that he "studied" with Segovia since the maestro died many years ago. This isn't even the same style music as what Segovia performed.

  • Interesting. Show us a video, not of that garage band thingy on your site, but of you playing as well as he is (on a training tape) and maybe a sample of Segovia's style.

The guitar quality is about 50/50 on the beginner's favor. I have 2, both happened to be good. I have a Gibson 335, a Stratocaster USA hotrodded, and one of those Chinese kits to put together someday, a Tele copy. But not many drunk audiences can tell the difference if you are in tune, in time, start and finish together. Cope

  • @erneywine Interesting. Where are your clips? As far as the "garage band thingy", allow me to take myself out of that equation for a minute. You'll *never* play with players as good as the guys I played with there. Ever. I assembled them, and we've all played with major national acts. Look further into the other videos there. If you can't hear it, you've got cloth ears. I also teach many students. The Esteban guitars are useless. As far as Segovia's style, anyone can A/B Segovia and Esteban

  • @erneywine And BTW, a monkey can Google guitar names and quote what guitars you "own". If you think this guy can play, then you have some learning to do. I've never met a pro musician that has anything good to say about Esteban nor his guitars. Maybe you should ask George Porter, Jr. about our CD; he gave a pretty good review of it. He certainly knows the difference between us and a garage band. Guess it's time for you to learn some more about music, my friend...

  • @funkifyyourlife You suck, and so does your band. The fact that you take to the internet to talk about how awesome you think your music is just proves what a pathetic retard you are.

  • Evidently, funkify, you didn't hear what I was saying. Read again. You bad mouthing Esteban but putting a poor quality vid on UTB, not quite an even playing field. You might teach, but what? Said I have for the money 2 Esteban guitars that happened to be of better quality than maybe those you have used, but for quality I have a Fender Strat and a Gibson 335. I can back that up, too. Can also prove that I have studio exp and have met a few producers for writing. All subjective, good experiences.

  • watfchin his vids rite now HA

  • Great stuff..

  • Beautiful execution and tone, and for Ewokfrost, below, I wouldn't let my Martin go, period, the CAR goes before the guitar does!

  • This is great! I love this song, did he write it? It is beautiful. I can't stop watching it either!

  • I do believe, yes, he did write it:).

    Lovely tune indeed :)

  • @prowatchreview he aranged it

  • I've already watched this 6 times, cant get tired of it!

  • I wish I had a guitar....

  • By a cheaper one:) For starters it doesn´t matter if the guitar is good. As long as it has got six strings it´s all good. If you love it, go for it:)

  • I know how to play quite good but I just had to pawn my 2 guitars cuz I got layed off and needed cash. Damn Obama....help me bro!

I miss playin guitar :( And im getn tired of goin to guitar center whenever I feel like playing..

  • :):) Here in Portugal it isn´t any better if that serves as something. but at least a cheap classical one or something you must be able to buy.

Hope you start playing again soon. Playing guitar is such a good feeling :)

  • Pawn shops are rip offs :/

Had a badass Alvarez, BEAUTIFUL guitar the assholes only gave me $60 it was well worth over 500, i shuda put it on craigs list :/ the other was a Ibanez GX70 good lil electric, only got $40 for it :/

  • shoot me an email maybe I can help with your guitar situation.......and also this is a very nice little piece of music!

  • oh i apologize. i believe he said thirds lol

but still that has to cramp your hand up bad... wish i could play that well...

  • did he say, "it hurts?" because my fretting hand just got sore watching it..... very beautiful phrasing. i love his style

  • he said thirds dude hahaha

  • Honestly people need to have a more open mind and respect music a little bit more. This is music true music that someone worked there asses off for. Esteban is a true badass. I have respect for all music (besides that crap on the radio) But when it comes down to i, I will always come back to good old acoustic

  • Enough said :)

  • does any one have the tabs for this?

  • i play the classical guitar and mine has steel strings but iv also played it with nylon strings and i prefer the steel string to the nylon because it sounds much clearer

  • sick

  • he is a hack. he is not a guitar player, he is a salesmen.

  • I think its the hat and the sun glasses that gives people the wrong idea. He actually does know how to play the guitar though,. weather or not he was trained by segovia is irrelevant in my opinion. This is a million times better than beyonce and the american idol bull shit. This is more respectable & inspirational sounds, go listen to your death metal crap or hip pop!

  • No, man. You are missing the point of a lot of the coments on here. I have been a classical guitarist for over 14 years, and recently started doing some flamenco gigs (what a contrast!), and all i can say is, that most of us who have put in the hours and the dedication to learn either REAL classical guitar or REAL flamenco, will feel about Esteban the exact same way you feel about "metal and hip hop". To me he really sounds just like a big phony gimmick.

  • Esteban Is Just The Best !!

  • in a traditional classical yeah, but they do make em now with steel strings. im not completley retarded..yet. look it up, they look nice, i want one.

  • Steel strings are made with a single strand metal wire (treble e and B), and

a single strand metal wire wound with a

layer of metal (metal alloy varies).

Classical guitar strings are made of

a single strand of nylon for the treble e,

B, and G strings. The bass E, A, and D strings have a multifiliment inner core,

would with a thin silver alloy.

  • i know all that, but there are two ways you can think of "classical" though. the literal being nylon string and "classical as in a steel string acoustic guitar. good info for people who dont know about spanish or classical guitars and stuff

  • he glides when he plays.. very inspiational

  • I really like Esteban. His instructional dvd just hypnotize me. He seems to be awfully nice guy :) I dream to meet him anywhen...

  • lol!

Instructional video! To play like him!

    That's like "Leonitis ABS"

    LOL

  • i have been watching this for three days

now and i have to say estaban is now

    my fav no doubt.

  • If you like this classical style playing, you have to take a look at this guy: Andrew York. He is just fabulous on the classical guitar:)

  • he looks like like jack nicholson!!!

  • Yhea, he shure does:)

  • Why does he always have clawlike nails.

  • It is because for playing classical style guitar, using the nails this way gives a slightly diferent sound on the notes, when they are picked with the nail and not with the flash of your fingers:)

  • sounds like turd, sorry I just can not find anything redeaming about this guy.

  • That's because you probably know very litgtle if anything about classical guitar or music in general for that matter..

  • you' re right... Except for the hundreds of guitars I have set up for real guitar players, The classicals that I have built for a few players( I normaly build steel string guitars), and one of my best freinds being a profesional classical/Jazz guitarist, I really don't know a damn thing about classical guitars. Hey if you know as much about fine art as you think you know about guitars I know where to find some velvet elvis paintings I'm sure you will love. They sell'em on HSN

  • thats not fine art, thats just ugly! lol and you know that classical guitars are steel string? they can by vynal too, but im sure you knew

  • Great Job Esteban! I love you're music, I have 13 of your CD'S! Rock On!

  • awesome!
