Maybe because I am just a simple person, I would feel quite ok with someone , like in this case, preventing littering. After all, someone will have to clean her mess if she doesn't pick up after herself(in this example).Just imagine a moment it was dog poop? Wouldn't you like it if someone intervene and makes the owner pick up after that dog?
